Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If we sent the wrong item, or your order arrives damaged or defective, email us at lukedansims@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will make it right.
Preorders
Preorder shipping dates are estimates and may change. Preorder sales are final, except where required by law or when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders move into fulfillment quickly and cannot be changed or canceled once processing begins. If you spot an error, contact us right away. If the order has not been processed, we will do our best to help.
